How the tools work

The clocks read device time; conversions use the browser’s IANA time-zone data. The site does not provide an independent time synchronization service. Our practical guides explain examples, expected behavior and limitations.

Corrections and maintenance

To report an incorrect result, email the page URL, input values, expected output, browser and device time zone. Include the event date when reporting a conversion. Please avoid sending personal or sensitive data.

September 19, 2026 revision

This revision adds date-aware conversion with skipped/repeated-time handling, consolidates timer presets, separates timer completion checks from animation, adds explicit timestamp units, and expands tool instructions. Software checks do not certify a browser as a precision timing instrument.
